You can add this in the feedback and suggestion section. I see some forums doing this, but it may be difficult here and depends on the giveaway member

Also, we will have many double accounts. 

 However, it is a good point to think about

I myself feel everyone (including staff members) has a right to join each and every giveaway if all rules are followed. Why should someone be disqualified from entering just because they have previously won?

Like said members will just create double accounts to enter anyhow which creates even more problems.
