download windows 10, in your language, you should go to the same page but in your language.

You can directly update or download the media creation tool to create boot media.

for me this is working perfectly, maybe it does not work for you, save your data and test if you do not want to wait for windows update.

Thank you for the info. I've also downloaded an iso for future use using the Media Creation Tool and upgraded a Windows 10 PC using the Upgrade tool. Still can not tell if there are problems but everything seems fine. However upgrading took me more than 2 hours, I think, on a NUC PC with Core i5-8259U, 8 GB RAM, HDD.

There seems to be issues with this update too. Many users have reported function, antivirus, & other issues on forums. It's better to wait for a cumulative update.
