I'm experiencing difficulties reaching the site. The message I get is:

"Fatal error : Could not connect to database !
Please check your settings in the file datas/config.php
MySQL error : Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)"

Could it be a problem with my machine? Or with my ISP service provider? Or is it a problem with the site itself?
