usually 6 month or more.but if really something go wrong i reinstall os. long time ago i used every day cleaner software and monthly windows defrag, but if your system really slowed that's the time to format and install again. also i recently fount this program.this tool very simple and easy use.when you can not boot this can help.so no need reinstall or repair. |
