I stopped installing this software.
I will not install a program that is so difficult to install.
Even the support  team of the site could not solve the problem of registering this program.

Sometimes troubleshooting quirky problems can be end up only being resolved by bouncing a server.
Intermittent problems are a pain. Works sometime and sometimes not.
