Problem with Malwarebytes account

I have a problem with my Malwerbytes account, I deleted the account on which the license numbers were assigned, then I created an account with the same e-mail address, but I can't assign my licenses.. or licenses assigned to the e-mail address.. PLEASE HELP

Malwarebytes Tech support does not have any access to, or information pertaining to any sales\shipping\user account\registration issues.

If you download the product and sign in it will activate with the key stored in your pc if you previously had it installed. I have a older lifetime license that is activated but it doesn't show listed in my account.

I won these licenses in competitions, the problem is in the account settings ... I think they are written to the e-mail address and unfortunately not here .... I wrote to help

Can you check your PM folder to get a copy of the licenses again?

But I have a key .. it was assigned to my account ... I accidentally deleted the account, and when I created a new one with the same data, I can't add these keys again

The keys will still work I have a key also that won't add to my account but activates Malewarbytes Premium.

the key works .. only that it can not be managed on the account and after some time it will become useless

Only postpaid purchases can be registered to the account.

That's why the license was registered on my deleted account
