Problem with Malwarebytes account

I have the same issue last year I contacted support with proof of purchase and they added it manually for me in their next reply. Just remember to attach proof of purchase and you will be fine.

This is how support writes to me and tries to recover I sent a screenshot E-mail from which I got the keys,, and maybe I can recover

They helped me and sent me my lifetime license key which activated fine.

I mistakenly deleted the account on which I had the keys, the problem is that I didn't buy them, I just either got them or won them in competitions

They can probably check their records to see if any were activated in your old account.
