1. This a limited-time promotional campaign, organized and run by pCloud AG, which ends on 2nd December 2021
2. The prizes in the promotional campaign are two: one iPhone 13 Pro Max + 2TB pCloud Lifetime plan or Samsung S21 Ultra + 2TB pCloud Lifetime plan
3. The prizes will be distributed through a draw on a random basis between the participants that have completed all of the requirements of the game.
4. For participants to enter the draw, they must have subscribed through the campaign’s landing page https://page.pcloud.com/black-friday-2021-giveaway by providing their email address
5. The campaign does not require any purchase of pCloud’s product and is open to all eligible users that meet the requirements listed above.
6. The draw will be executed on 1st December 2021 via specialized software and the winners will be announced on https://page.pcloud.com/black-friday-2021-giveaway, and/or will be contacted by email on 2nd December 2021
7. The offer cannot be combined with other currently ongoing promotions or active discounts.
