Many software licenses are expensive and if many users are interested to have multi-user license to be used on a single device for each user, we can arrange this through contact with the developer

We have many interested members that created the FIRST group in the Group Buy Section:

The group can have a GROUP Leader. The group leader will do the following:

Software requests, 
How many members that will do purchase of the requested software
How to pay using PayPal or credit, 
Open topics for each software request
Contact us so that we can ask the developer of the software request to have good discount or multi-user license

Interested members can create second group
