So I explained to her that my dog is unemployed, lazy, can't speak a lick of English and has no frigging clue who his Daddy is. They expect me to feed him, provide a roof over his head and medical care. So then she looked in her policy book to see what it takes to qualify. Jake gets his first check Friday. What a GREAT country we live in!
