Employees of ExpressVPN or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition, however to qualify as a winner all entrants must follow the official ExpressVPN social media account on the platform where they enter.

Existing customers may enter, with the prize being an additional 12 months extended on their current subscription.

Closing date for entry will be August 1, 2021 11:59 p.m. ET. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

ExpressVPN reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and
we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

At least one winner will be chosen at random by random selection from all entries received and verified by ExpressVPN. Additional prizes may be awarded for creative #VPNemoji entries, and those winners will be selected by members of the ExpressVPN Social Media Team.

All winners will be notified by direct message via the social media channel they entered within 14 days of the closing date. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

ExpressVPN’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

ExpressVPN will only display the winner’s public social media handle and/or first name and last name initial in the competition post. Winners’ public #VPNemoji entries may also be shared. No other personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used.

All information and data collected by ExpressVPN will be used by us only to notify winners.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
