From the start, Nuclear Music Player is simple to use at any skill level. You can immediately spot a few categories, including New, Top, and Genres. The search is located at the top center, so we started there.

The search was interesting because once I discovered an artist, I could browse by song, album, and more. We also liked that Nuclear can add a similar track near the end of a queue, so you can really go down a musical rabbit hole for hours. The one possible downside is that it adds these songs, one at a time, with no option to remove a similar track. It's all or nothing.

Right-click on any song to download to your Downloads folder. That typically takes a few minutes, and everything we downloaded was in WEBM format, supported by most music players.

We think everyone will like Nuclear Music Player. It's a perfect mix of features and options without confusing the process.

    Playlist management has been upgraded. The list of tracks now features reordering, deleting, quick access buttons for playing/adding to queue, and all the other options most track lists have. It's also possible to select multiple tracks and play/add them to queue.

    Mastodon integration was added. To use it, go to Settings, then enter your instance URL, and click Authorize. Copy the authorization token from Mastodon, and paste it in Nuclear, then confirm. As long as it's authorized, Nuclear will now be able to post your currently playing songs on Mastodon. You can edit the default post format if you like.

    You can search using a Youtube link. This will return a track with the title equal to the title of the video you link to, using its channel's name as the artist.
