One of my very favorite detectives is Hercule Poirot, and I concur that David Suchet is the bonafide best actor to portray the role. He did so from 1989-2013. They released a DVD/Blu-ray Boxset from Acorn media if anyone wants to pick up the series. Jeremy Brett is the de facto best Sherlock Holmess true to the original short stories and novels from Sir Author Conan Doyle.
