When it comes to PDFs, Adobe is not far and the range of tools available is gigantic. With Acrobat Web, many PDF tools are available in the browser for free.

PDF professionals work with Adobe Acrobat Pro, and anyone who has to deal with PDF documents frequently is better off installing suitable software. But for occasional use, Adobe offers many PDF functions free of charge with Acrobat Web. They can easily be used in the browser.

All of these functions are available via the web app directly in the browser and can be tried out at least once, even without logging in. Then you need to log in with a user account; in addition to Adobe accounts, logins from Apple, Facebook and Google are also accepted. Then you get a few more features: For example, the results can then be saved online or shared with other users via a link.
