I need help with my computer

Hi if you hear that the fan is spinning too fast when you are not pushing the computer to work hard opening programs, browsing internet, playing games, watch videos (youtube with high quality 1080@60 fps, 1440p@60 fps, 2160@60 fps, 4320@60 fps or the same with netflix and so on, those resolutions demand many resources). You might having a overheating problem so to fixed it you need to replace the thermal paste of the CPU and GPU and clean the dust from the air holes from the back and fan.

If you are able to turn on the computer a little bit to work before shut down then try to install one of these program to check the temperature of the CPU:

With the second one you can also see the GPU temp in case you have one.

Now if the temp is around 70 °C - 80° C in idle is bad when you open a pogram can reach more than 100° C and that's why it shut down before the CPU gets damaged.

The normal operation is around 35° C - 45° C in idle and when you're working it should be around 50° C - 65° C that's on laptop (except on games where is around 70°C - 80° C maybe a little bit more). On Desktop the temp is much lower because you can get a better cooling system.

Changing Power options
Read this article.   Give images and detailed instructions for power options.

Some of the steps listed are:-
Step (4): On the Power Options dialog box, expand the Hard disk and Turn off hard disk after option.
Step (5): After that, click on the On battery and Plugged-in option and then select Never from the drop-down menu.
Step (6): Now scroll down and expand the Sleep and then Sleep after option.
Step (7): Again click on the On battery and Plugged-in option and then select Never from the drop-down menu.

I would set the power performance plan to High performance.

As stated.  Remove your battery.  Run laptop from mains power.  Change the above settings.
when machien is rebooting do a cold boot not soft reboot.  As in turn totally off for a coulpe of minutes then power on. Not just  reboot.

Suggest you post some screen shots of event errors.

An example of error indicating display error - driver update to fix.
Add the descriptioin for each event.

Examples:-

I checked event viewer. There are 2 critical errors event 41 and 142 kernel, HAL event 13

How can this be fixed?

To rule out a hardware problem, try to enter the bios before windows starts and wait half an hour.

if it does not turn off it is possible that the failure is not a hardware one.

Any update, Tarekma7? Are you able to use continuously in safe mode?

I didnot try safe mode but I updated windows 10 Pro to version 2004, uninstalled some software, stopped Malwarebytes, updated NVIDIA driver and waiting for this behavior again if it occurs. I will update here

It was working good and Windows 10 Pro 1909. I am using Malwarebytes and windows defender

The new version 2004 H1 was automatically downloaded but not yet installed.  

Suddenly, laptop started to shut down automatically (many times), I suggested it may be software issue due to the new windows version, so I competed the install of the new version 2004

The problem continue to occur after windows upgrade (many times) 

I stopped Realtime Malwarebytes protection, updated NVIDIA driver, stopped acrobat start up apps. The problem is not repeated again for 24 hours now

Core temp during the problem: 38-41

in my opinion malwarebytes consumes many resources and has a low detection rate
so it is not worth installing.
now you should update to windows version 20H2
and run the command as administrator
