New beta version 21.1.3161

I'm glad to announce that new beta version is ready - 21.1.3161 (build 21.1.5950). As this is our first 21.1 Release Candidate build, there are just a few cosmetic bug-fixes without impact on "visible" product functionality. However some serious issue has been found. We are doing our best to make it fixed in the final build that will be released next week.
Known issues
- malware may not be detected by a scan under specific conditions
