I have used CCleaner a lot for keeping my system clean and optimized. But few years back there was some news about CCleaner having malware. After that I left using such software. But if big brands like Ashampoo are building such utilities, I would assume it is safe to use.
I guess, I want to win this license so that once again I can see what all things are running on my PC and remove them if they look suspicious. I can do that manually also, but searching for so many things and removing them safely without impacting anything else is not so easy.
