I searched for an answer to this question but still no answer with Yes

The following video is how to turn it off completely

Yes, this only disables it but if you install another AV on your system it will be automatically disabled.

you cloud try
:arrow: warning!BSoD
first make backup of os to avoid later problem BSoD
follow instruction above
use ProcessHacker to search for service in services tab search for defender
stop and delete all service
then go to program file take ownership for C:\Program Files\Windows Defender folder
delete it then. reboot.(i think it should work for windows 8 before)
