It's the same situation here in Belgium.
All places where many people may be present at the same time (schools, events, cafes, restaurants, hotels, etc.) must remain closed.
During the week, department stores can open, but at weekends they must also close.
Only food stores and pharmacies can stay open.
Non-urgent consultations and operations in hospitals are postponed until after April (or later).
The aim is to limit as much as possible the demand for Covid-19 testing and to free up staff and equipment in the hospitals to cope with it.
