i am searching for a vpn (not a major top10 as I do not like slow speeds /high costs) to have 
-high speeds for UK, Australia and US
-to be able to see Amazon Prime, Netflix US
-to have Glasgow, Manchester, Liverpool, London locations from UK and high number of locations for UK
-good price 
so far tested Surfshark, HotspotShield, IbVPN (very good, but neither of them answer all of my requests)
any recommendations please?
