Ashampoo Snap 12: Register for free:
If you want to use the software, a free activation from the manufacturer is required.Â
First, start setting up the program by calling up the Setup.exe file and confirming a warning message from the user account control (UAC, User Account Control) with 'Yes'. In the setup wizard, click 'Accept & Next Next'. Click on 'Finish' to complete the wizard.Â
The screenshot application starts automatically. A splash screen pops up – a loading screen. Once it's gone, register: In the 'Almost there' window, enter your email address and click 'Next'. If you already have an Ashampoo account, authenticate yourself by entering your password. You are then finished with the activation after clicking on 'Activate'. With the button 'Let's go' you are ready to go. Do you not yet have an Ashampoo account because you have not yet registered for a program with this manufacturer? Then, in the registration dialog after entering your email address, you will also have to enter your password. You don't log in with this, you create an account first.Â
The provider sends you an e-mail with a confirmation button/link that you click on. The registration dialog should now say: 'Activation successful!' - At the end, select 'Let's go' and throw yourself into the screenshot machine.
