I am using EaseUS Todo Backup 10. I have not tried Macrium. I have heard good things about Macrium Reflect like it is fast and reliable compared to the similar or other backup software, the size of the backups are a few megabytes, the restore and bare metal restore function is fast and stable, and the new version 7 has introduced Image Guardian to protect the Macrium created Images against the file locking malware like Ransomware.
