I assume you actually mean not able to activate it with the 8-digit key when you say not registered?
I don't have access to other IPs or VPNs, so cannot activate it and it terminates after momentarily opening in Internet Explorer! By the way, it edits via IE when activated?
All things considered, including the refusal to activate, I've uninstalled it.
