I am always looking for a better way to restore/roll back my computer system in case of failure, and Easy Fix software looks great.

Few years ago I was using RollBack RX. This saved me on many occasions. Unfortunately that PC died along with RollBack RX. I would to try Eazy Fix as it's the same guys behind that application.
