The license includes only minor updates until the next major version.

By now the license of Revo Uninstaller PRO is only for 3.x. "The license is valid forever and covers all minor updates. Future major releases (4.x, 5.x, etc) are not covered." That means you can use this software forever but when the future version just like 4 or 5... you can't update unless you buy another license for the latest version.
