Since you've activated Heimdal PRO, we've launched a new version, so the old key cannot be used for the second version of the product. I'm sorry my colleagues from support didn't reply until now. Please PM me with the email address you emailed them and I'll make sure to find your request and solve it asap.

Also, the new version of Heimdal PRO (which is part of this giveaway) is fully compatible with Win10 and I hope you're one of the lucky ones to get it, so you can maybe share some feedback with us.
