Hello all,
This release brings a fix for a bug introduced in last version. Newly included very fine optimization for limits caused problems with some servers. In such case the limited traffic speed was much lower than the limit.
We disabled these optimizations in version 4.0.30, but we will return to them in near future. Thanks for your patience.

• When enabling blocker rule from QuickSetter, the blocker rule weight was reset.
  
• When enabling blocker rule from QuickSetter, it could create invalid rule whose action is None.
  
• QuickSetter showed a check-mark on apps with no block rules (in/out columns).
  
• Deleting a disabled block rule using QuickSetter left the action symbol greyed out until disconnect or restart of the client (in/out columns).
  
• Hidden filter shown on startup.
  
• App icon wasn't randomly loaded.
  
• Random BSODs when system was going to Sleep mode and pending Blocker requests were present.

This Testing release brings lots of less visible, but very important updates.
We are testing these changes for some time on our systems and everything seems fine.
So we decided to release it publicly, but only through our website.
