General Rules:

These Terms and Conditions apply only to Kinguin Holiday Calendar Giveaway Promotion (“Promotion”).

The Promotion starts on Dec. 1, 2016 and ends on Dec. 25, 2016.

By taking part in the Promotion, customers agrees, acknowledges and consents to these rules.

The Promotion is organized by Kinguin Limited.

The Terms and Conditions outlining the rules of the Promotion cannot be changed during the duration of the giveaway.

Entry Conditions:

To enter the Promotion, participants need to sign up in the gleam app which will be provided on the Promotion page.

There is no requirement to purchase a product on Kinguin e-store in order to enter the Promotion (check the “Winning” segment for more info).

Kinguin Holiday Calendar specific rules:

From Dec. 1 to Dec. 25, Kinguin will offer a different prize each day.

Non-physical prizes (e.g. game keys) will be sent to the winners via email. Physical prizes (e.g. gaming chairs, t-shirts) will be sent by conventional mail.

The winners who will be contacted by Kinguin via email have to reply in order to claim their prize or/and to arrange shipping/postage.

The winners have 14 days (from the date of receiving a winning confirmation email from Kinguin) to reply. Should a winner not reply in a given 14 day slot, his account will be considered fake and the prize will be relinquished.

No new winner will be allocated to the relinquished prize mentioned in point

Winning:

Kinguin reserves the right to determine the way in which the winners of the Promotion are going to be announced.

The winners will be hand-picked by Kinguin exclusively.

The winners will be contacted by email.

Although it is not a compulsory condition, entrants can increase their chances for winning by following Kinguin social media or by purchasing products on Kinguin e-store.
