1 regression of Notepad++ and 2 regressions of installer have been fixed in this release :
Fix expanding environment variables regression in backup path.
Installer for 64-bit package installs Notepad++ 64-bit now into the right Program Files directory for 64-bit (instead of Program Files directory for 32-bit).
Installer displays correctly any language it supports in this release.
