but this is a downloader.i already downloaded.but it wont download real setup file.
i allowed in firewall,disabled firewall... dont download..

Thanks for the tip. 
BUT On my PC, this app crashes all the time and I get execution errors etc. So I'm not going to be using but probably on a better PC or laptop it's good. (Helpfully, the program remembers crashes and recovers files, even incorporating the word 'crash' in the file name!)
