I previously won in vpnmentor so I know they do send emails to the winners only. They give a redeem code which you use at the vpns website in checkout.

Expressvpn has sent winning emails to the winners & this is a 2nd giveaway for 10 more licenses. They're generous.

obviously, ive voted for vpnexpress, due they it's giving 10 licenses, and me, i can to be a winner.

They are actually giving 20 licenses for same contest vote. First 10 contest was finished 2 days ago. Other vpns followed suit & I got 3 months ibVPN Ultimate for free. And they added 1 more month because I'm too irritating with so many facebook messages.
