From some forums (don't take it seriously as it is not official), I got this
All Zemana Antimalware licence can activate this product..
No clue about Zemana Antilogger licence.

though, any official statement by Zemana is not out yet but some people on other forum assumes that Zemana Anti-malware key will work to activate Ultimate product..to get the clear answer, we need to wait untill they release this product.

I think, if Zemana Anti-Malware key will work for Ultimate, then Anti-Logger key too will work for Ultimate, as Anti-Logger is higher version than Anti-Malware.

that's not known to anyone yet other than Zemana   
you need to wait till it gets released for public.. but I don't think they will shift to offline based signatures based AV so may be more features will be included in Ultimate

I think, if Zemana Anti-Malware key will work for Ultimate, then Anti-Logger key too will work for Ultimate, as Anti-Logger is higher version than Anti-Malware.

for that again, we need to wait till it gets released   but on some forums, many people said that since it's name is after ZAM so only ZAM licence will work but it may be wrong. Since ZAL is more higher version, still its licence doesn't work in ZAM

I hope both ZAM & ZAL license would work on Ultimate, atleast Lifetime license......
