My 2 cents :

"...Supported operating systems: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10..."

In fact under Win 8.1 i had problems : service did not start regurarly at the startup of the PC, with consequently no data on the different screens of the program.... and i suppose no protection.
After research, it seems that there is a compatibility problem and that it"s necessary to make the software compatible with Windows 8 (Right click on exe - compatibility). That was at least the solution for me.
