where they announced the winners?

I contacted with support and they said: 

"Our Marketing team normally would update the promo page when it gets announced.

Winners also are usually notified through email."

The rules state.

The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

They have not updated the promo page when it already announced winners.
