Here are the detailed steps:

Download and install the Gmail Extractor software

Run Gmail Extractor to open the main window

Enter your Gmail address and App Password. If you don't have an App Password, read this article to learn how to create an app password in Gmail

Click Login, then the program will list all of your Gmail Labels

Choose your labels and fields you want to extract

Click the Extract button

Now the program will search for your Gmail account and list all the email addresses that found

If you want to export the results as an Excel file, click the Export To Excel button
