To cancel after signing up.
If you cancel your membership during a free trial, your trial membership will no longer be automatically rolled over into a paid subscription at the end of the free trial. You'll continue to have access until the end of the trial period.
- Visit youtube.com/paid_memberships.
- Click Manage membership.
- Click Deactivate.
- Click Continue to cancel.
- Select your reason for canceling and then click next.
- Click Yes, cancel.

It doesn't show up for me (only the usual 1 month), so I checked and sadly it's a US only offer.
