EaseUS ToDo PCTRans Pro efficiently allows to complete all the tasks associated with transferring data to a new computer. I have data files and programs including user settings and licenses from my old Win 7 desktop to be transferred to a new Win 10 laptop. I must admit I am fan of all EaseUS products being an old user of their software. 
Todo PCTrans Pro might be handy for me when I decide to transfer all the files from one PC to other and also to recover files from a failed HDD.
