my experience with using WinRAR 

I like WinRar.  It has a better compression algorithm than WinZip but it is not as widely accepted as WinZip.
WinRAR does seem to live up to its claim to be the fastest compression software.
 My favorite features are:

§ WinRAR supports all popular compression formats (RAR, ZIP, CAB, ARJ, LZH, ACE, TAR, GZip, UUE, ISO, BZIP2, Z and 7-Zip).

§ WinRAR is ideal for multimedia files. WinRAR automatically recognizes and selects the best compression method. The special compression algorithm compresses multimedia files, executables and object libraries particularly well.

§ WinRAR allows to split archives into separate volumes easily, making it possible to save them on several disks for example.
§ WinRAR is also ideal, if sending data through the web. Its 128 bit password encryption and its authenticated signature technology will give the peace of mind.

RAR archives are encrypted by much stronger algorithms.

RAR has lot of other options and from my experience, it gives better compression.

Winrar is a mythical software, for me the best compression and decompression software.

Thanks for the giveaway. Im currently using WinRAR 5.50. I won license few years ago. WinRAR is the best files archive software for Windows. It is fast and intuitive. I never had any problems with this software.

I like Winrar because it is a complete compression software plus it is capable of creating professional self-extracting archive. Also, it is very useful and not very common the definition of compression profiles.

My current archiving software is Winrar and I find it to be perfect in all aspects:- Light, feature rich, modern GUI etc.  In addition it supports many archive file formats like RAR, ZIP etc. I want the version 5.91.

Thanks for the giveaway.
At the moment, I use WinRAR 5.50 for archiving and this archiver suits me. But I would like to have a more up-to-date version with changes and additions. The WinRAR archiver is currently the most popular and has great functionality and versatility.

I have been using WinRar for years till now. It is a Windows data compression tool which can unpack popular file formats and compress files for transfer, email transmission and data storage.  It allows instant access to basic archiving functions and is the best compression software fully accepted in all countries using Unicode.
  What is your current archiving software?
My current archiving software is WinRar 5.70 which is already outdated and therefore wish to have it updated by winning the latest v5.91 license.

WinRAR has always been the archiver utility that can unzip anything. If it cannot unzip something, then it is likely because the unzip is likely corrupt.

I have repeatedly tried similar applications, but I always go back to using WinRAR and each version is always better than the previous version, currently I'm using version 5.50, I have participated in giveaway several times for a higher version but have not been lucky, I hope this time I will be enough lucky to be one of the participants who won
