NovaPDF is a good software for functions related to PDF format like batch conversion of files to PDF, convert clickable links, add images/text PDF watermarks  etc.

novaPDF is not new to me. I have had used both Lite & non-lite versions. Apart from the usual print-to-PDF the notable features I could use in the offered giveaway are custom rules for generating PDFs, merge, bulk conversion, tagging, encryption, overlays and monitor logs.

I hope to win version 10 which comes with new updates from version 9 and below.

I can use this from any relevant program like word, or even a text file, especially useful when needing to send a file by email since it can be called from the context menu, another great feature is merging PDFs in case you have several documents made by different people you can Merge the PDFs and keep only the pages you need without asking them to resubmit their documents in an editable format.

It is very easy to use, converts all the most used formats to pdf, has integration with microsoft office, It takes very little time to master the software.

The program does not have its own interface since its operation is only effective through the option to print the program you use (word processor, email client, web browser)

It also has some more advanced features such as the option to encrypt the document, customize the resolution of the image, select the sources, determine the read permissions

It is very easy to use, since the procedure is the same as printing, but selecting the novaPDF driver instead of your printer. It also has some extra options such as the ability to encrypt the document, determine its read or modify permissions, customize the resolution and the quality of the document to be generated. Is compatible with most windows operating systems, I do not know if it is possible to use it in linux operating systems. novaPDF works like another printer in your system, only instead of printing to paper, what it does is convert it to PDF format. NovaPDF works with any application from which you have the possibility to print, such as text processors, web browsers, email clients, etc.
