Cactus - a great VPN-service for beginners, it is very easy to install and configure, it is very fast and relatively inexpensive. Encryption reliably controlling the application features easy to learn. However, the server only present in 4 countries, the US, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Romania, torrents are available only in Dutch and Romanian servers, and subscriptions, which include access to them, are more expensive. Cactus is perfectly suitable for beginners for VPN, for those who just want to protect themselves in the network, but if you require a higher level of protection or do you often share files, these limitations may seem unacceptable.
