Spotify expands the free trial period for users to use its Spotify Premium service. But no matter how many months it has, the ending day will come. 
So, I choose to get Spotify Premium free forever. That's to say, when I'm using the Spotify Premium plan, I download Spotify songs on my computer and keep them forever with the help of Spotify Playlist Downloader.

All the downloaded songs from your free trial will not be available anymore after the trial expires, I didn't notice this until I lost all the downloaded songs...but thankfully I got myself a spotify to mp3 converter for mac and download all the songs to my mac. Then I will not need the Spotify app but still be able to stream Spotify songs.

It is pity that I used to be Spotify premium before...but I still can listen to Spotify music offline without premium with the help of Spotify Music Converter.

There is another way to use Spotify Premium features such as offline listening, ads-blocking, etc. without Spotify Premium. Just use the Spotify Song Downloader to download Spotify songs as local music files.
