As the product name says it's really a powerful archiver. The three features I like most should be these:

1. Wide range of formats supported and especially the new .PA (Advanced Codec Pack) - This one eliminates the need for additional file (de)compression utilities.
2. Multicore compression and fast file extraction, additional improved compression for PDF and DOCX files - According to that PowerArchiver can utilize PC power at its max level and achieve better compression/smaller file sizes for the most popular files formats.
3. Embedded additional functionalities like FTP client and media burner - No additional software needed for common tasks like FTP file uploading/downloading and data burning.

I can use only this software afterwards to handle all types of zipped files
