Just by the look of the interface and the first feature mentioned i.e Notebooks can be divided into sections and the syncing.

I don't know. Maybe a password saving mechanism, too or birthday reminder.

Besides the main feature of easily taking notes I like the notes tagging and categorization possibility that allow excellent notes managements.

Honestly to speak I have not tested CintaNotes a lot. Since I couldn't find it implemented in CintaNotes I would suggest adding dictionaries that allow spell-checking and auto-correction. Also like other members suggested more export formats (like PDF for example) could be useful.

The most favorite features of this application is the ability to navigate back to recent web page as webclips record will be kept automatically. At the same time it can be synchronized with Simplenote or Dropbox. 

The new features of this program I would like to see is its further development into Apple mobile devices and can be used on Mac Computers.
