I am using PickPick (https://picpick.app/en/). It has 2 types: Free and Pay. The Free version enough good for me. I use it for capture screen to learn new software.

ShareX.  Best one i have found has all the links etc.. to upload imgur, can capture scrolling windows.so much in this one. I had to keep it. I have tried them all.
