I have been using Ashampoo Backup Pro 17 for a few days now and I absolutely love it. I use it for both personal and professional purposes, so you can imagine the time and time again my computer has had problems or my laptop went missing. I haven't had any problems with this application, though! In the past I've just used an external hard drive to back-up my files, but with AshampooBackup Pro 17, I can now automatically backup my files to the cloud and sync them over each device so that no matter what happens, I never lose work again.

Dear tarekma,
Thanks to you and to Ashampoo.  I have used Ashampoo Backup Pro since v12. It has saved me several times following system crashes.
Although the recovery process is a bit non-intuitive, it certainly doesn't detract from the program's ability.
I would like to move up from my present Backup Pro v16 and keep my system safe from software and hardware failures.
