Update June 28 - neiio has just released his latest Windows 10 theme called Arc. He ported the theme and some of the icons from the Linux distribution http://neiio.deviantart.com/art/Arc-618235768

My 2 cents - The arc-dark theme works and looks awesome on Windows 10 (Build 10586.420)

My other 2 cents - Even with the screen DPI set at 125% the theme looks great.

Other tools used OldNewExplorer used to hide the ribbon toolbar.
● For those that are comfortable with patching or modifying System Files only, or using 3rd party tools.
● There is always risk, so remember to preform a full backup before attempting to modifying System Files.
