Giveaway Rules
1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of IObit as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.
2. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on Sep 8th, 0:00 PST, and ending Sep 19th, 24:00 PST.
3. Entry Rules: You may enter once a day during the event. You may enter times than indicated by using multiple identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of IObit.
4.Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of IObit. Amazon.com eGift Card Winner or Apple iPad Winner will be contacted by IObit staff to double-confirm the card and Apple iPad delivery email address. IObit shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Amazon.com eGift Card or Apple iPad within 10 days from the time IObit staff contacted him/her or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
