Delete all the folders and files inside the "Download" folder in the following path. Restart the system.
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

Download the Microsoft tool to block/hide the Windows update/s.
* Run the tool to block/hide or unblock/unhide the Windows update/s.
