How to protect your older loved ones from getting scammed

Thank you very much for sharing this information. My father get these kind of calls often, but I'm glad to know that he never pick up his phone to any calls if he isn't familiar with the numbers. Most of those numbers are scammers, though. I often look them up on Google or some websites like http://phonebook.ai and I find people have reported them as scams since years ago.
