I think you can't change the language of the UI from the application itself.
I found a solution that works though.
1.) You have to install a regular Zoner Photo Studio 18 (English version) from Zoner site:
http://download1.zoner.com/binary/zps18_en.exe
2.) Save the following files/folders from where you installed Zoner Photo Studio (usually C:\Program Files\Zoner):
(Updated)
Photo Studio 18\Program32\zpsres.US.dll
Photo Studio 18\Program64\zpsres.US.dll
Photo Studio 18\Resources\
Photo Studio 18\Publish\
3.) After saving theese files, uninstall this English version of Zoner Photo Studio.
4.) Install the giveaway version (the German one)
Weiter = next, Zurück = back, Ich akzeptiere = I Accept, Benutzerdefinierte Installation = Custom Install,
"Als standard Anzeigeprogramm" = As default image viewer,
"Einstellungen aus vorheriger Version" = Settings from previous version, Desktop Symbol = Desktop Shortcut, Symbol in der Schnellstartleiste = Quick launch icon
DO NOT START Zoner Photo Studio yet (untick "Zoner Photo Studio starten"), then click Fertigstellen = Finish
5.) Delete the zpsres.GER.dll files and Resources, Publish folders and put the US ones there (exact location above)
(It didn't let me delete the files first, I had to kill ZPS autoupdate from Windows Task Manager)
6.) Start Zoner Photo Studio and enjoy your English-speaking Pro version
